Inner Landscapes

Inner landscapes acknowledge the place society holds within an ecosystem, and the symbiotic relationship of each of their health within a system.

Society
Head * Heart * Hands
Strategy * Purpose * Agency

Our Inner Landscape determine how our Outer Landscapes are viewed. The two are inextricably intertwined. Reland is in service to aligning the two. Alignment of inner and outer landscapes at a macro scale – within the broad ecosystem, requires alignment at a micro scale - within each organism.

For an individual that is alignment between Head, Heart, and Hands.

For a larger organism / organisation; Strategy, Purpose and Agency
This can be broken down further
Inner landscapes; Purpose, Mission and Values aligning with
Outerlandscapes; Theory of Change, Stakeholder Relationships and Operations.

Reland specialises in applied ecology in environmental centric spaces; carbon, biodiversity, health and wellbeing of water. In order to see the reconciliation of everything into living systems, we are here to meet the need for applied ecological solutions across all spaces.

Reland are also able to bridge connection between macro scale work (policy), into micro scale (people at place).

  • Head. What are you doing and how are you planning to do it?

  • Heart. Why are you doing it? What lies at the heart of your product or service?

  • Hands. What resources do you have to implement your strategy to achieve your purpose? This includes conventional measurables such as financial, as well as acknowledging other capital such as skills, knowledge, and understanding by all stakeholders.

Each organism will be at different stages for each of the above, and for some they would have gone through these aspects many times. Touch base to set up an exploratory discussion so we can ascertain how Reland might accompany you to establish pathways of connection for alignment.

Examples of Offerings

  • Individual

Kelly has a passion for supporting change makers with a focus on leadership.

Her philosophy centres in Weavership - an emerging style of embodied leadership and strategy.

Creativity and Sensing are two integral parts to Weavership. We can only fully participate in these when we come from a place of rest and balance in ourselves.

1:1 work is in person in Ahipara, accommodated on her whanau whenua at The Huts. Duration and focus is dependant on the needs and aspirations of the client.

If this piques your curiosity please contact her kelly@reland.co.nz

  • Workshops

Workshops can be for individuals from various groups with a common purpose, or for a single organisation.

We can come to you to run Inner Landscape workshops. Workshop content and length curated in response to the needs and aspirations of the client.

We prefer to travel by sail boat, so seasons and time will be of consideration.
